  • 1/2 Cup Maple Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Grass-fed Butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 Cup Cassava Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Ground EPIC Maple Bacon Pork Cracklings
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/3 Cup Soy-free Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. Pour EPIC Maple Bacon Pork Cracklings into food processor and pulse into fine crumbs. Set aside.

3. In small bowl, sift the cassava flour, baking soda, and sea salt together. Set aside.

4. In a large mixing bowl, cream together sugar, butter, vanilla, egg, and egg yolk. Whip until your batter is light pale in color, about 3 minutes.

5. Using a spatula, slowly add the flour mixture to the butter mixture until incorporated.

6. Fold in the chocolate chips and the pork cracklings.

7. Use a small spoon to place rounded scoops of dough onto a lined baking sheet.

8. Bake for 10 minutes.

9. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Enjoy!
