"I've recently had the privilege of visiting my family in France. My mother and I spent much of our time in Provence and as always I fell in love with the regional cuisine. Rataouille, La Soup Au Pistou, Nicoise Salad and Tomatoes a la Provencal are dishes that I have had the opportunity to experience abroad - and would like to share with our customers! Many of the ingredients used in these dishes will be available at our local Farmer's Market in upcoming months. Look for all four of these selections throughout the summer right here at the WildPlatter Cafe.
